Oshigambo High School is pleased to announce enrolment for GRADE 12 AS from 2026. Parents and guardians are therefore requested to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before applying.
a. A total of 85 students will be admitted to GRADE 12 AS for the 2026 academic year.
b. All admitted students will be accommodated in the school hostel.
No transport and local options are available.
a. The official school starting time is 06:00 a.m. daily.
b. Subjects: Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Studies, Oshindonga and Biology
c. A subject with fewer applicants may be withdrawn — all affected students will be notified promptly.
a. The inclusive school fee is N$ 1,960 per month, payable before or on the 7th of each month.
b. Students registering for Biology, Chemistry, or Physics will be required to pay a practical examination fee.
a. Applications are open to all interested Grade 11 students for the 2026 intake.
b. Placement will be subject to space availability and school management's discretion.
c. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely payment of fees as per the school’s financial policy.
d. Hostel services are a privilege and may be withdrawn due to misconduct or delays in payment of school fees.
e. If the last attended school is not Oshigambo High School, the applicant MUST select 5 subjects for AS.
f. If NSSCO was completed at Oshigambo High School, a minimum of 4 subjects on AS is required.
a. The enrolment to GRADE 12 AS is part of the school’s broader development plan to widen participation, strengthen academic excellence, and uphold ELCIN principles.
b. Parents/guardians acknowledge that by applying, they agree to these terms and conditions.
c. The school reserves the right to amend policies and conditions where necessary, with reasonable notice to parents.
