Introduction

Oshigambo High School is pleased to announce the extension of its curriculum to include Grade 7 from 2026. Parents and guardians are therefore requested to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before applying.

1. Admission Capacity

a. A total of 120 learners will be admitted to Grade 7 for the 2026 academic year.

b. The admitted learners will be divided into three groups:

i. 80 learners will be accommodated in the school hostel.
ii. 20 learners will be transported daily from Ondangwa and back with the school bus.
iii. 20 learners residing nearby(local), will be brought by parents/guardians or walking to school.

2. School Schedule and subject offered

a. The official school starting time is 07:45 a.m. daily.

b. This will make it possible for all students to reach the school on time.

c. Subjects: English, Oshindonga, Natural Science, Design and Tech, Social Sc, Maths

3. School Fees

a. The standard school fee is N$ 2,300 per month for all grade 7 learners.

b. An additional N$ 600 per month is payable for hostel accommodation.

c. Similarly, an additional N$ 600 per month is payable for daily transport from and back to Ondangwa.

d. No additional charge applies beyond the standard school fee to local learners.

e. The fees structures outlined above are in line with the school fees structure for 2027.

4. Conditions of Enrolment

Applications are open to all interested Grade 6 learners for the 2026 intake.
Placement into hostel, transport, or local categories will be subject to availability and school discretion.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely payment of fees as per the school’s financial policy.
Hostel and transport services are privileges and may be withdrawn if payments are not made on time.

5. General Provisions

a. The introduction of Grade 7 is part of the school’s broader development plan to widen participation, strengthen academic excellence and ELCIN principles

b. Parents/guardians acknowledge that by applying, they agree to these terms and conditions.

c. The school reserves the right to amend policies and conditions where necessary, with reasonable notice to parents.
