1. Registration
All students are required to complete the application form in full and ensure that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Please note that registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Payment Terms
External students: Students who are not currently enrolled at OHS are required to pay a fee of N$2,900.00(IN FULL).
Internal students: students who are presently enrolled at OHS are required to pay a fee of N$1,000.00(IN FULL).
3. Refund Policy
No refunds for cancellations within 5 days of commencement or after classes have started.
4. Attendance and Conduct
Students must attend all scheduled classes and maintain acceptable behavior. Repeated absence or misconduct may result in dismissal without refund.
5. School Rules
All regular school rules and policies apply during holiday classes. This includes dress code, punctuality, and respect for staff and property.
6. Photo/Media Release
By consenting, you allow the school to use photos/videos taken during classes for educational purposes on website, social media, and printed materials.
7. Health and Safety
Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions or allergies. Emergency contacts must be available at all times during class hours.
8. Liability
The school accepts no liability for loss or damage.
9. Minimum Subjects
Grade 11 O-level: Minimum 4 subjects per student.
Grade 12 AS-level: Minimum 3 subjects per student.
